![]() ![]() And nothing says "Please kill me" like a suit that stands still. Which, on the subject of those two why ARE they Raids if most their focus is on Ranged? Hell, with it's more anti stealth skills and Ranged forcus you'd think Flipper would be in the support category. Like every Gouf I've seen has been chain gun while running/dashing into melee combat and every Gaplant has been dive bomb laser beams into transform, melee combo. Originally posted by MerlinCross:I'm hearing more of "Get to melee range", and there's probably a reason I don't see G05 and Zaku Flipper in those roles. I'm hearing more of "Get to melee range", and there's probably a reason I don't see G05 and Zaku Flipper in those roles. Gouf custom's melee is ok, but it is not oriented towards using it, infact it got re-adjusted in a patch unreleased on PC to make it a hybrid raid instead. Zaku flipper has so many ranged weapons that by the time it fires it's faust, grenade and then the 6 anti- air shots, stunning the target 3-4 times in a short period, the faust is almost alreadt reloaded. ![]() G05 can't even move while using it's signature weapon. Gaplant is very much a shoot them unitil they are dead with two weapons with stunning capabilities that can be swapped between and chained for a 5 long stun combo with massive damage. Those arm cannons are actually pretty devastating. Gerbera is a hybrid raid, it can fight at range or get in close, both of which are effective at doing damage depending on circumstances. Originally posted by MerlinCross:-snip-I gave more examples. As it is Gustav feels like it's given equipment for a job it's stats doesn't want it actually doing. If it had better dashing, more melee weapons, or a stronger combo skill I'd agree with it. I am confused as to why the large tanky ranged geared suit has such a high push for Melee. I mean Gebura has a higher ranged attack score than melee but I've only seen it used as "Okay they're staggered, INSTANT Into melee and get out" or some flavor of mobile melee assassin. ![]() Generals have melee focused ones, as well as pseudo supports like the guncannon heavy type D or zaku half cannon MB, Raid like hybrids with higher melee priority like the zaku II commander type.Įven supports have their oddballs Ones with evasion, the eyezack(in a class of it's own basically), ones with mid ranged focus(dom barrage sucks at long range for example), and more.Īs I've said, every raid I've seen has been a flavor of "Get to melee Range". You have gunner raids, hybrid raids, and melee raids. Originally posted by Deadoon:You do realize the roles are not super rigid right? ![]()

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS, 0.01 mol/L, pH 7.2–7.4, preheated to 37☌) was perfused at 40–60 mmHg at a filling rate of 3–5 mL/min through the aorta until the blood outflow from the right atrium stopped. A syringe needle (Φ = 1.6 mm) was then inserted into the left ventricle, and a small slit was cut in the right atrium. We opened the chest after the mouse had been completely anesthetized. The mouse was anesthetized with an intraperitoneal injection of 5% chloral hydrate (1 mL/100 g). Based on the dataset, the thalamus was selected as an example, and its blood supply pathway was tracked and studied in this paper.Įxcept for 7 mice used in the preliminary perfusion experiments, one Kunming mouse was used in the optimized Indian-ink perfusion process. After embedding the brain with Spurr resin, a complete three-dimensional cerebrovascular dataset was acquired using Micro-Optical Sectioning Tomography (MOST). To study the entire macro and micro vascular anatomical structure network, we improved the gelatin-Indian ink vessel perfusion process based on previous work, ,, ,, and obtained a desirable perfused Kunming mouse brain. cerebrovascular connection, has not been achieved yet. However, reconstructing the connections of the blood supply pathway from the feeding vessels to the draining vessels through the capillaries in the whole brain range, i.e. ![]() Optical microscopes with three-dimensional scanning and stitching have also been used in preliminary experiments to obtain cerebrovascular dataset –, some resource have been available on the internet ( ). Vascular casts and integrated μCT, SRμ-CT and SEM have been used to image the cerebral vasculature at different resolutions. Several technologies have been developed to attempt to bridge the macro and micro vessels which form the continuous vascular network. ![]() In recent years, the study of the vascular network has become a hotspot. This leads to an urgent need for systematic research. On the other hand, microvascular imaging in a small field cannot obtain a clear view of the vessels' origins and destinations.Ĭerebral vessels play significant roles in the development and degradation of the neural network and in the process of maintaining normal brain functions. The existing techniques used to observe the macro vessels cannot visualize the fine branches of the veins, arteries and the capillary network connecting them. However, current cerebrovascular studies focus mainly either on the macro vessels of the whole brain or on the micro vessels in a small local field separately. To observe the smaller, more complex micro vessels, ex vivo two-photon laser scanning microscopy is used to image the capillary network in the cortex to a depth of 1 mm using fluorescent gelatin vessel perfusion. MRI techniques can also visualize the macro vessels in the whole mouse brain. identified and marked the major vessels in the CBA mouse using Microfil perfusion and Micro-CT imaging. The Micro-CT technique, which has been used in mice, can visualize the arterioles and venules in the whole brain. The macro vessels were identified first and were studied with the naked eye. All arteries, veins and capillaries work together to meet the demand for an uninterrupted energy supply for the brain. The topology of the cerebral vasculature, which is the energy transport corridor of the brain, can be used to study cerebral circulatory pathways –. This study provided an effective method for studying the entire macro and micro vascular networks of mouse brain simultaneously. Besides the observations of fine and complex vascular networks in the reconstructed slices and entire brain views, a representative continuous vascular tracking has been demonstrated in the deep thalamus. The voxel resolution is 0.35×0.4×2.0 µm 3 for the whole brain. With 17 days of work, an integral dataset for the entire cerebral vessels was acquired. Here, we have combined the improved gelatin-Indian ink vessel perfusion process with Micro-Optical Sectioning Tomography for imaging the vessel network of an entire mouse brain. Simultaneous vascular studies of arteries, veins and capillaries have not been achieved in the whole brain of mammals. Limited by the restrictions of the vascular markers and imaging methods, studies on cerebral vascular structure now mainly focus on either observation of the macro vessels in a whole brain or imaging of the micro vessels in a small region. The topology of the cerebral vasculature, which is the energy transport corridor of the brain, can be used to study cerebral circulatory pathways. ![]() ![]() ![]() Of course, the obvious answer is to stick to the Mopar coolant to avoid issues, but if needed in a pinch, the Mopar coolant can be hard to obtain, since it is only available from a dealer or online. I realize I am probably opening a big can of worms, but I was curious if anyone here has any insight into whether or not these are appropriate substitutes for the Mopar coolant. From what little info I can find online, the Mopar coolant is a silicate free and phosphate free OAT coolant. Both of these are silicate free OAT coolants. Also, Peak has their "Pink" European Car formulation that they claim works in all 1995-present Fiat vehicles. MS-12106, as shown on the Mopar Coolant label. Zerex G30 is marketed as a European car OAT formulation and the product information sheet states that it meets the Fiat Chrysler spec. This concentrated gallon should be diluted prior to adding into your radiator. ![]() Now days Valvoline G-05 HOAT is yellow, that's it. Valvoline made the OE HOAT for your vehicle in an orange color whereas the same coolant for Ford, was yellow. HOAT, being a hybrid OAT, isn't much different than OAT. This Mopar OAT Antifreeze and Coolant is just the thing for your radiator. The simple answer is to use the OE specified coolant which is HOAT. Recently however, I discovered some products by Zerex and Peak that are starting to appear on the shelves at many chain auto part stores. 8 customer reviews 0 questions answered Description When you are servicing your Jeep at home you want the best fluids, and those are usually what is found at the dealership. For the most part, I have been under the impression that this is more or less a unique formulation that doesn't have an equivalent made by another brand. Mopar parts have been engineered exclusively for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT and Alfa Romeo vehicles. Must not be mixed with any non-conforming antifreeze. I wanted to bring up the topic of the purple colored 10 year/150K mile Mopar engine coolant that FCA has been using since about 2013 and possible aftermarket alternatives to it. Ethylene glycol based formulation to prevent freeze-up and boil-over while inhibiting corrosion. Is Mopar OAT coolant the same as Dexcool?Ģ) The Mopar OAT for 2013 and newer (which is expensive as hell from the dealer) is the same as the latest Dexcool.Greetings all. But I do know the Jugs of Mopar Antifreeze claiming to last 10 Year / 150,000 miles is OAT and the Jugs of Mopar Antifreeze claiming to last 5 years / 100,000 miles is HOAT. It is our answer to the maintenance demands of heavy duty diesel cooling systems. What color is OAT coolant? What antifreeze is OAT?ĮS Compleat™ OAT (Organic Acid Technology) is a Life-of-the-Engine organic additive fully formulated extended life Ethylene Glycol (EG) antifreeze/coolant. OAT and HOAT coolant must never be mixed What color is Mopar coolant MS 12106 throughout the life of your vehicle. The easiest way to remember is that you should try and match type – IAG with IAG, OAG with OAG and HOAT with HOAT. The ratio doesn’t matter as much, but the type & application should match. You can mix Peak with Zerek or Prestone – but only as long as the coolant is the same chemical type. Coolant targeting high-tech engines where high temperature aluminium protection is important.Ĭan you mix different brands of OAT coolant? Cost-effective coolant containing organic inhibitors. The coolant in the market with the most approvals. For safety reasons, an embittering agent was added and a new designation was given, MS-12106. I can buy that in any store and only costs about 16.00 as opposed to 60.00 at dealership. MS-90032 was an old designation for 10 Year / 150K mile OAT coolant that was not embittered. This is the type of coolant usually required for GM, Saab, and VW vehicles. I just flushed out my 09, had orange in it, since I was putting new in it, I went to Prestone dex-cool which is the GM version of OAT. This type of coolant uses organic acids as an inhibitor. Does Dexcool meet MS 12106 Dex-Cool MS-12106 OAT (orange) + Mopar MS-12106 OAT (purple) is perfectly fine. What color is OAT engine coolant?Īn orange coolant typically indicates that you are looking at Organic Acid Technology (OAT) coolant. Is Mopar OAT coolant the same as Dexcool 2) The Mopar OAT for 2013 and newer (which is expensive as hell from the dealer) is the same as the latest Dexcool. It can be used in all cars effectively, offering the same levels of protection, and without any damage. This 50/50 pre-diluted gallon is ready to add into your radiator without any additives. Prestone is an OAT coolant/antifreeze but also contains anti-corrosion ingredients to protect your cooling system.
